- Total Cost: $105 minimum (for 3 hours)
- Additional time: $35/hour
- Includes access to the workshop space, seating and tables for up to 35 guests, with room to bring in any necessary equipment for your class.
- Deposit: $35

- Single Vendor Rate: $75 per hour
- Minimum Rental Time: 4 hours
- Total Cost: $300 for 4 hours
- Combined vendor rate w/ one additional vendor: $125 per hour
- Total Cost: $500 for 4 hours
- Multiple Vendor Rate: $200 per hour
- (includes the base vendor + additional 4 vendors)
- Includes access to shop space, display tables, and retail amenities for up to 10 vendors.
- Deposit: $250

Classes & Workshop
Important Details
• All tickets can be purchased online via debit or credit card.
• We do not accept checks or cash.
• Workshop tickets will only be refunded 5 days prior to a booked event date. No exceptions.
• Tickets are NOT transferable to other classes but can be transferred to another guest if an attendee cannot make the event.
• Everyone in attendance must purchase a ticket, no observers.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the event date for a partial refund (minus deposit).
2. Renter agrees to leave the space in the same condition as found.
3. Any damages or excess cleaning required will incur additional fees.
